Frequently asked questions.

When will i receive my order?

I usually post items on mondays and thursdays. For the UK i post first class so you should receive your item within 3-5 working days as i post on specific days only. Although during busy periods you may wait a little longer. Worldwide could be 2-3 weeks.

Is your jewellery real silver?

No my jewellery is not real silver, it is silver plated/ antique silver, which means its just a silver colour basically but still looks good quality. My jewellery is not advised for constant wear as it could react any liquids after a while. 

When will items be restocked?

I will post regularly on instagram @DaniellesJewellery about when things will be restocked! 

Do you do refunds?

I do refunds only if the item is faulty or completely damaged. Not if youre just not happy with the item, as all the information about all items is in the description and on this faqs page. If your item is broken i do offer to send you a new one, or a refund, but i expect to see a photo of your broken item.
